04What can Oryxia see on my Instagram and TikTok?
Only what the platforms' official APIs expose for the accounts you connect, with the permissions you grant: performance analytics, your published content and your inbox conversations. Onboarding starts read-only. Nothing is published or sent without an approval, and you can disconnect an account at any time — the connection is revoked. We do not sell data, and your content does not train anyone else's models.
05What do I actually receive each week?
A queue of drafts, each with the reason it exists: the week's signal and the evidence behind it, briefs and scripts proposed into your calendar, hook options, AI-prepared video edits for review within your plan's limits, and DM and comment replies drafted in your voice. 06Who approves, and who can see the drafts?
You, or the teammates you invite. Every workspace is isolated: drafts, approvals and conversations are visible only to the seats you add — one on Starter, three on Growth, unlimited on Studio/Agency. Every approval and send is recorded with who and when, so you can answer for any public message.
07What happens when I want to cancel?
You press one button in Settings → Account. No phone call, no retention flow, no continued billing. Pricing is flat and published in full, with no credits or per-contact metering inside a plan's stated limits.
